What a fantastic auto repair shop! I took my car in for a diagnostic, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were thorough and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. My only minor complaint would be the parking situation—it can be a little tight during busy hours. Nevertheless, the quality of service far outweighs this small inconvenience. I also love that they send follow-up messages to check if everything is running smoothly after a service. It's a small touch, but it makes a huge difference in customer care. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the online appointment system; it’s not as user-friendly as it could be. Still, the quality of work and the integrity of the staff make it worth the visit every time. I always leave feeling confident that my vehicle is in top-notch condition!
